  • High Speed Surface Aerator

ATB Water’s HSA Surface Aerators draw the water from the bottom and sides, spraying it back onto the surface. The spray is horizontally injected into the water surface over 360° and the turbulence creates micro bubbles which are pushed downwards. The flow pattern generates a perfect oxygen dispersion and full homogenisation even in deep basins and on large surfaces.

  • Combined Surface Aerator and Mixer

The ATB HSA-HSM Combined Surface Aerator and Mixer combines a surface aerator and a vertical agitator in one unit. Both motors can be switched on and off independently of each other. The unit contains a direct drive, high efficiency surface aerator with an optimised centrifugal impeller, combined with a direct drive high efficiency mixer with an optimised axial impeller. It creates a micro bubble formation as a result of optimal transfer of kinetic energy into the water surface. The mixing pattern leaves no dead spots in the tank volume.

  • AQUA 5S Surface Aerator

ATB Water’s AQUA 5S Surface Aerator comprises a floating body, attachments, motor unit and guide ring seal. Its horizontal jet is directed downwards at an angle and has an injection depth of approximately two metres. The design of the AQUA 5S ensures minimal aerosol generation and stirring up of bottom sludge and is best suited for pond systems and standing surface water.

  • AQUA 8 Surface Aerator

The ATB Water AQUA 8 Floating Surface Aerator is a direct drive, high efficiency floating device for the aeration and mixing of wastewater. The AQUA 8 generates an upward directed flow. The accelerated water hits the baffle plate, which is located just above the water line, there it is deflected horizontally and generates a highly turbulent flow on the water surface. The turbulence creates extremely fine air bubbles, which are then pushed downwards by the flow. The result is an excellent oxygen transfer. The generated cylindrical flow leads to a perfect oxygen dispersion and at the same time to a complete mixing of the tank.

  • Low Speed Surface Aerator/Rotary Aerator

Applications for ATB Water’s LSA Low Speed Surface Aerators include SBR systems, activated sludge systems, pond systems, mixing and equalisation basins, and aerated sludge storage tanks.

  • Ejector/Jet Aerator

Applications for ATB Water’s BEA Ejector/Jet Aerator include SBR systems, activated sludge systems, pond systems, mixing and equalisation basins, and aerated sludge storage tanks. The compact design and easy installation make it possible to use in basins of any shape and size.

  • Clear Water Extractor (Open discharge weir)

ATB Water’s CWE Clear Water Extractor with open discharge weir is designed to discharge the clear water layer below the surface and block bulking sludge and floatables. The float is positioned by a guiding system with optional wall brackets. The attached limiting legs prevent damage to the discharge system when emptying the tank. To prevent the tank fully emptying the length of the legs can be adjusted so that the CWE weir stops at the lower trigger point.

  • Clear Water Extractor (Closable discharge weir)

The ATB Water CWE-EMC Clear Water Extractor is equipped with a linear actuator which closes the weir watertight to the bottom of the float. This automatic closure system ensures no sludge can get into the overflow during aeration and mixing. Its floating construction means it is always in the best position in the clear water layer below the water surface.

  • Pump Decanter

The ATB Water CWE-025-P and CWE-050-P Clear Water Extractors are designed to discharge the clear water layer and block bulking sludge and floatables. The discharge pump is placed below the float and can be removed from the tank for maintenance. The pump is protected by a stable immersion tube so that no floating or bulking sludge can enter the discharge system during the clear water extraction. The stainless steel immersion tube also prevents complete emptying of the tank and prevents damage to the pump at maximum emptying. A chain guiding system ensures that the decanter is guided accurately in the basin.
